I have developed a template to share with other instructors and I find it frustrating when the user doesn't have the same screen resolution as my computer where I have developed the template. Is there a way to solve this so that my colleagues don't need to readjust all the font size and spacing? It is pretty much unreadable on some of the machine where they have a lower resolution.
Storyline requires Microsoft Windows to be configured with 96 DPI (dots per inch). If Windows is using a different DPI setting, you may experience erratic behavior.
It might be best to have everyone configure their computer setting as described here to ensure everyone is seeing the same final output of the template.
