Have an issue when I set up a trigger that requires using the and/or with my variables. When I choose "OR" it works fine. When I save it and changes everything to "AND". This has to be a bug of some description. I have attached a screenshot which actually shows "OR" in the triggers on the right but it has changed to "AND". Also behaves like "AND".
