Variables and triggers not working after uploading

I've just built a pretty complex scenario, with triggers and variables galore. It works a treat in preview mode, but I've uploaded it via FTP, and it's killed some of the functionality.
In the following image you can see a sample screenshot of the offline preview (1), and the online product (2).
Version 1 was created with shapes with different states (brown, blue, and yellow) that change based on the button selection. They sit behind a PNG file with transparencies (so they can 'shine through'). Is that the issue?
Suggestions MOST welcome! :)

They should be above the png file, not sure how you tested but sound like you tested individual slides and not the whole project
Hi. Thanks for your quick response Phil.
I created it using the 'quick' method... i.e. masked out a transparent section, and then placed a 'blob' shape under it. I suspect it's the browser trying to deal with transparencies... lesson learnt.
I've redone it now, with PNG's copied and pasted into the state of the button. Hard to explain, but it works now :)
