Variables aren't working

Jan 12, 2018

Hi guys, I'm relatively new to this, so apologies if I sound idiotic or if this has been discussed before...

Basically I'm trying to make it so that when a learner has completed each of the 4 character scenes, that on the 'Following up new leads…' page it changes the state of each box to disabled and changes the look of the box (greyed out with a red X)

I've attempted to do the Donnie Parker scene first, I've used a tutorial to get to where I am, it feels and looks right apart from when you end up back at the 'Following up new leads…' page, the state hasn't changed and I'm not sure why?

Probably means jibberish without having access to my project (see attached), if anyone could help me that would be great.

Thank you

Here's the problem:

A series of triggers that are initiated off the same action are always performed in order from top to bottom. In this case, when the system comes to the jump trigger, it jumps to the other slide, and forgets everything else in this list of triggers. So DonnieParker is never set to true.

An easy way to check the value of variables is to place this "%DonnieParker%" in a text box. It will always show the value of that variable.
