I am using Articulate Storyline (update 10: 1509.1408). When I choose to preview a slide or an entire project and then close out of the preview it has been extremely slow to exit that window. In the past it would close out quickly but now I can sit for a minute + before it returns back to the main screen.
Can anyone help me figure out why and how I can remedy it?
Thanks for reaching out here and for also opening a support case. I see that Wilbert recently sent you troubleshooting steps to try. Let us know if you see an improvement after doing the repair!
Apologies for the delayed response. It happens with all of the courses. Even a new one. I am going to uninstall/reinstall and see if that helps. Strange though, this has not happened in the past. Will report back as soon as I complete the reinstall.
I tried this uninstall/reinstall to no avail. :( I have my IT department looking into causes of the issue, given it was working fine up until two weeks ago...
Hey David. Thanks for following up. Stephen worked with our support team who offered some very specific troubleshooting steps. I'm going to get you a case started as well so they can have a look at what's causing the performance lag.

I also am experience a similar slowness when closing out of preview mode. Is there a solution for this? 12:1705.520

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this as well.
Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
