I have inserted a Video file (.mp4) to play in the marker box when the marker is clicked. The video plays when I preview the slide, but when I publish the slide, the video does not play - the box is blank. I thought it needed time to load so I left the marker box open and it did not play even after 20 minutes. What could be the problem?
There are a few reasons here why videos may not play in your published output, and I'd first look into the issue of playing it from the local published output. Please let us know if it's still not playing after you have checked into the items within that article.

Thank you Ashley. I am going to speak to our IT department to see if FLV and MIME can be added to the file types to see if that fixes it.
