Are you only sharing the .exe file? You'll want to ensure that your users have access to the entire published contents folder if publishing locally/to CD as without it certain elements of the course may not work as expected.
Do the files work just fine when testing on your own computer and environment?

The videos work fine if I send them to the folder first then have them open the Launch
Thanks for that update Bryan - and that's the way I'd recommend sharing it and expect it to behave.
