Unfortunately, Michael this isn't. It is a list of video specs that you would send to a videographer so they know how to produce a video that is used in storyline.
Thank you Leslie! The web page I'm looking for is not in the heroes section but rather on the articulate site. It tells things that a videographer would want to know like speed of video and other such technical things.
We are all coming up with the same resources Julie, so I do not have anything additionally to share with you and I'm still not sure what you are looking for. If you find it, please let me know since we are all stumped at this point.
It's me again...I got some clarification on what the animator wants to know. He wants to know optimal film speed, resolution, pixel info for Storyline 2. Does this sound familiar to anyone? What I'm looking for is parallel to the list of computer specs you look at before you buy software like Storyline 2. What I'm looking for is a list of video specs for the animator so that he can produce optimal product for Storyline. I know it's there but I can't find the page.
Storyline publishes at a rate of 30 frames per second.
You may want to let them know what your Story Size is as you would want your video to fit in the specifications. Please keep in mind that the number of pixels added to the overall size of your course depends on the elements you include in the player. See this article for details.

Thanks for looking!

Hi Julie!
I'm not sure of any specific documentation on that topic. I know that Mike did a blog post:
3 Things You Need to Know About Using Video in Articulate Storyline
Ashley shared information regarding Flash movie and the same information that Michael shared above here.

I'm reaching out to the team for some guidance - nothing is ringing a bell for me :) I'll pop back in soon I hope.
I did want to make sure you checked out the link I shared above, which had the information about the Flash Best Practices here.
No sorry this isn't what I'm looking for either :(
Ok - asked another group - maybe they have some different ideas...

Thanks for looking so hard. I appreciate the help as always!
