Here's my dilemma. I want to create a video with closed captions and enter it into Rise. I've made the screencast using Replay, and I'm about to add closed captions using Storyline 360. Can I still export this as an mP4 file and insert it into Rise?
Hi - I'm no expert as i'm learning myself today, but you have to press publish across the top I believe, then put into RISE. I had that red error and I did this and now I don't and it loaded all OK. Hope this helps.

Hi Erika!
I think the easiest way to get the video with closed captions into Rise is to use a Storyline Block. Here's how!
And in case you'd like to see it in action, click here to watch a video demonstration!
Thanks Alyssa! I actually just figured this out and its working great.
Nice work, Erika! Best of luck on the rest of your project. ☺️
Hi Erika. You're probably already aware but you can now insert a video and add your closed captions file in RISE. It's great!!
Is there a size limit for a Replay video added in Rise? I just tried to upload one and got an Error in Rise.
Hi Michele,
The maximum file size for each video, audio clip, and image you upload to a Rise 360 course is 5 GB.
Looks like my replay video files are 0.30 GB. Rise just showed "error" in red after it tried to upload the replay video. There was no detail message.
