view on android vs pc and mac

i would appreciate your advice on this topic

this url works GREAT on pc and mac

but when viewed on android (droid turbo 2) the view is quite weird.  

  - size of view onlandscape and portrait mode are not able to be changed

 - light box slides do not view correctly.

my recollection is this played better before all the convo re new changes to flash etc.

is it possible to identify who i may speak with to explore the upgrade
options and benefits
i have alot in sl-1 and dont understand the cross compatibility
as an academic i use the content for education and so wonder if the
academic discount applies
# of licenses i would have available to me
