My client's LMS does not support Tin Can so our course cannot be viewed with the Articulate player. The course will run but the navigation is clumsy and the sound does not sync to the displayed content correctly.
Is there another way we can work around these issues?
When viewing the course on your iPad, you'll want to ensure you're viewing it in Mobile Safari based on the system requirements here for SL2 and SL1.
If you're viewing within those requirements, and still having difficulty could you tell us a bit more about your course? What version/update of Storyline was it created in? What iOS are you using? What elements of the course are not functioning properly?

Hello Janet!
You can look at the article here about publishing for HTML5 or the Articulate Mobile player. There are some options for when your LMS does not support TinCan. If you are using HTML5 on mobile Safari, you can look here for information on mobile Safari's limitations and how they may affect the courses.
Thanks.
