We used to create content for user's using Ipad. But since a few days, the voice-over in our slides aren't launched at the first time we pass on the slide.
The second time, no problem.
Do you have a theory about the issue ?

Thanks for reaching out, and good call to open a case! I see that you've been working with my teammate, Georvy, and he confirmed that you're running into a bug where the audio won't play when a course is launched in Safari using an iPad with iOS 13.3.1.
