I apologize if I'm making a novice error here, but I've tried searching the forums for my issue and didn't find anything to help. I'm having problems with the web object in Storyline. When I publish, the web object just shows up as a gray screen. When I test the link when I'm inserting it, it works fine. I wonder if has to do with the nature of the website?
Hi Rebekah! I'm curious as to how you are testing your content. Are you testing as your learner would use it? You want to be sure to test the content in it's intended environment. There is an article here about publishing and sharing your Storyline content.
I think that was the issue. I had published to web at first just to test, but was viewing it on my desktop. When I published to CD to view it from my desk top, it worked. Also, we published for web and loaded it on our server, and it worked as well.
For some reason I was thinking in Articulate Studio that you could publish to web and view it from your desktop and everything still worked. Oh well!
