I've created another storyline package with a link to a video on the web. but when I load it on our LMS system it doesn't progress easily - see attached screenshots. I have used the HTTP link to the web page as when I used the embed code; when I loaded the package onto our LMS the package just froze as that slide and wouldn't load or progress. (although when I tested the package on the tempshare web page with the embed coade it worked fine) I think our LMS is causing some of the issue. is there anythng I can do to imrpove it?
I'd probably agree with Bruce's assessment that it's not able to launch within the frame created by the LMS. Since it's launching at Tempshare, you could also check SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content - if it behaves as expected there you'll want to connect with your LMS team about potential changes on their side.
