My question is this:

We are now using storyline to do some big projects, for example, there are two G, these resources is swf or video;
①Every time I want to modify the BUG with the swf or video,I need to delete the storyline old swf, add a new swf。

But I add a lot of related trigger function in the storyline to the old swf;Each time i delete the old swf , the trigger will be deleted;then when i re-add the swf ,the trigger function also need to reset.

this will wasted a lot time with us.

②this project with large resource,each time publish,the storyline software will be card with a long time;
However,but I found that I can pass the Storyline output \ story_content this folder, find a SWF to modify, and then put the new SWF name to Storyline naming format name, to replace the Storyline in the output \ story_content folder, can normal use, greatly saves the above two steps cause waste of time;

So I want to do a batch change the name of the tool, but for naming rules did not understand the storyline, modify the SWF name will not be toryline recognition, so I want to know about the storyline of resource naming rules;

Ah, I see what you're saying, and how that could save you time.  That was a perfect illustration, thank you.  Unfortunately, we can't support modifying the published output files, even if it is just a matter of replacing your media content.  We wouldn't want to break your project by changing the published files,  especially if you have many triggers attached to your media.

The names that are given to your media files are randomly generated; there is no hard rule to it, so I'm sorry that I can't give you a hand with this idea!

thank you. This way, okay. Then we change a way to solve my kind of problem.

Storyline software can add an updated feature? like this, each time update the resource of BUG,do not need to delete the old resources and related triggers in the storyline. We can click the update button, automatically according to the load path, update the new resources, and the associated trigger does not change.

Like the following features (this software is adobe animate cc)
