I am working with an online SCORM-compliant learning platform. Can you advise as to advanced tracking features of storyline beyond tracking name and completion rate? Specifically, is it possible to report out a spreadsheet with user name, branch, etc?
Articulate Storyline is designed primarily as an e-learning development tool to be used in conjunction with Articulate Online or your own learning management system (LMS). Tracking results in a text file or database isn't supported.
This article describes the quiz data that Articulate Storyline communicates to learning management systems (LMSs) for SCORM and AICC content.
You will need to upload the zip file created by Storyline to your online learning platform so that it can be viewed and tracked.
Because every learning platform is different, I would recommend that you contact the vendor for the online learning platform your company uses to find out what is tracked and what kind of reporting options are available.
If you want to share the name of the platform you're using there may be some community members here who are familiar with it that could help out as well, but your vendor is probably a good place to start.

Hi Carla, welcome to Heroes.
Storyline will publish LMS-ready content. Just follow the steps outlined here for SCORM (step 5) - https://community.articulate.com/series/4/articles/publishing-a-course-for-lms

Hope this helps.
PS - here is some additional info on deploying content with Storyline that may be helpful to you or the vendor: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline-2/how-to-distribute-articulate-storyline-content-for-flash-html5-and-articulate-mobile-player-sl2
