Where Art Thou, Audio?

Howdy! I have been working on the below project for way to long now. I am soooooo ready to be done with it, and I am (thankfully) near the bitter end. I can't stop to celebrate, yet, as I am getting audio issues up the wazhoo - frustrating ones.
My coworkers and I ran stress tests today and I am getting sporadic results of audio dropping with no consistent pattern, or consistent location within the project. Sometimes it drops, sometimes it doesn't. It happens both in Chrome and IE. I can't tell you exactly where, because it happens sporadically in any location within the project. I can't tell you when because that is sporadic as well.
I may sporadically combust due to this issue not being consistent enough for me to troubleshoot on my own.
Do you have any advice, suggestions, comments, anecdotes, or fortune cookie sayings? I would love to hear them and would be eternally grateful.

Created mostly in Articulate Storyline 2, then converted to Storyline 3 and added to.

Thanks for submitting the case - I see that it's been escalated to our Support Engineers and they'll be in touch as soon as they can.
I tested out the link to your course that you shared in Chrome and didn't run into any audio issues (some slow loading...but I think that's my wifi more than anything else), so they'll dig into your files and do some testing.
The inconsistent issues can be a bit harder to track down - so they'll let you know as soon as they can.
