Where can I submit feedback to Articulate?

There's so many rants I can make about how inefficient, inoptimal, and counter-intuitive Storyline can be frequently. 

For example, I should not be wasting any of my time trying to figure out why one object looks different in positioning than its counterpart in a new layer when I used 'copy and paste' to make sure they're both in the same position and are the same height and width...

Some of these functionalities are just mind-boggling. Is there a place to report this??
