Content Library assets are designed in-house or sourced from a few external designers. They're all royalty and attribution free so you can use them in your courses as needed!
We don't have a method to submit your own images or designs for inclusion in the Content Library, but we're tracking a request for folks to build their own personal media library. So we'll keep you posted if that's added to the roadmap!
