Why is my quiz slide not jumping to the result slides

I've made a numeric and survey quiz that jumps to the results slide after a few seconds. The quizzes are automatically filled up through triggers.

Now I'm stuck in the quiz slide.

These are my triggers for the second quiz.

I'm assuming that there is a pop-up feedback that isn't showing up, because there was this one instance that I have gone through this slide when a pop-up feedback said I did not fill up the text entry.

I am unable to share the file due to company policies.

I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. I have a few clarifying questions I'd like to ask to help me better understand.

Is this happening in preview mode or when viewing the published course?
- If only happening in preview mode, have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project?
- If it's happening with the published course, have you tried viewing the course in a different browser?

I understand you're unable to share the file due to company policy. Is it possible to provide a screen recording of what you're seeing? You can upload that here or privately in a support case!
