If this is happening while you preview it, you'll want to check the following items which could cause odd behavior in Storyline:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. test
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.

It sounds like odd behavior, is this while you're viewing the published version? You'll want to check that you're testing the published output within the intended environment as viewing it from your local hard drive, you may encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
