I am trying to record audio and it will not work. I am on Windows 10. I uninstalled Storyline 2 - ran the clean bat file, reinstalled Storyline. The audio worked once. Going back a second time and it will not work. Any suggestions?
I have noticed that if I get an email and the windows 10 alert sound comes through I can start recording. However, if I pause for a couple of seconds it quits recording and I have to make another alert sound through the computer to start recording again. I am using a platronics headset.

Hi, Amanda -- Thanks so much for reaching out and so sorry for your troubles! Thanks for sharing that you have already run the repair, and as SL2 is supported with Widows 10, could you also please confirm that you are working locally as described here?

Thanks Christie - I think I have narrowed it down to the Platronics headset. I will try to update drivers and see if that resolved the issue.
