I realize this is from four years ago, but this just came up so figure I should use this thread. I know Drag and Drop is not accessibility nor is the Likert scale, but it seems every other question type is accessible. But curious how is Word Bank accessible, as I am dragging it from one location to another? So would this not be the same as drag and drop...how is it accessible but not drag and drop? If you can clarify for me that would be great. Or maybe it is not and I misunderstood.
Great question! You're correct; the Word Bank question type requires mouse navigation. You can't use the keyboard to select the answer choices and place them in the "drop" spot.
The Word Bank question type behaves very similarly to a drag and drop interaction, which we hope to build to be accessible eventually!

Could you explain what you mean by this? When I tab through a Word Bank question, all of the options are covered.
