Apologies for this hassle. Storyline 360 works with 32-bit and 64-bit desktop versions of Microsoft Office 2010 and later, but it isn't compatible with the following:
Office 365 web apps Office 365 mobile apps Click-to-run versions of Office 2010
May we please know if the version of your Word is installed to the local computer or is it a web app?
A couple other questions to help troubleshoot this:
Do you have Word installed on your computer? You mentioned using Office 365, is it the Web-based version or you open tools like Word without internet access?
Do you see an error message when attempting to publish to Word?
Is that the only publishing method causing you trouble?
Are you on the latest updates of Storyline 2 (Update 13) and Storyline 360 (Update 19)?
