Workday Learning Error message - "Error Initializing with the LMS" when selecting View Again option

Using Storyline 360, I created and published a large (lots of videos) SCORM 1.2 zip file which I uploaded into the SCORM Cloud and tested repeatedly with no problems.  So, I uploaded this same zip file into Workday Learning and was testing it.  I launched the course and it reported completion status back correctly to the LMS.  I like to try to test the files in the LMS in different ways that a user might.  To do this, I clicked on "View Again" (see attachment).   When, I select the View Again option, I get an error message from the LMS (see second attachment).  The message says: "An error has occurred.  Error initializing communication with the LMS."  This is odd.  The reason this is odd is because if, instead of clicking on the "View Again" option I click on the "Retake Course" option - no error message appears.  Every time I select the "Retake Course" option, the SCORM file launches perfectly each time.  However, every single time I select the "View Again" option, I get that message about how there is an "error initializing with the LMS."

I attached the debug log which on lines 144 - 147 says that LMSInitialize has already been called followed by:  ERROR Initializing LMS.  

How do I fix this problem?  Any and all help is deeply appreciated.
