Hi all, we have embedded a storyline content into our WordPress site using the embed plugin for tracking usage via Xapi. However, the issue is while logged in as an admin, we can access the articulate storyline content, but, if you are a regular user visiting the page not logged in, the articulate story line launches, but does not play the content and is blank. Very strange and looking for some insight. Could it be the website permissions issue perhaps? Thanks
I just checked and no errors reported in the console. When i said logged in as admin before, want to clarify I meant logged into the WordPress site as an admin to create the pages etc. Previewing and checking the site as a WordPress admin shows the page loading correctly that has the storyline xapi content. However, if logged out of WordPress and check the page, the storyline xapi loads up but the slides do not start and is just blank.

the browser never needs local admin rights
do you have errors in the browser console (-> F12 / Network) ?
