I have back to back zoom regions and the transition timing is set up perfectly so that when I play from the timeline, every thing is synced. But when I preview the slide, the zoom is extremely slow and the timing from the audio is completely off. What's causing the zoom to transition (both in & out) so slowly in preview? Also, I have an image change and then more zoom regions and the image transition (for just this one image in between zoom regions) is extremely sluggish as well.
I'd love to help. Can you tell me what version of Storyline you're using and if the same slowness occurs in the published output as well as the preview? It could be a slowness on the computer as a whole, depending on what's in your course but if you could share a copy of the .story file I can test that too.
