Is it possible to have access to a specific object like "answer C" in a multiple choice assessment question? I am not interested in the answer string that belongs to answer C but the radio button behind C. The intent is to add some variable or code to a specific answer . Thanks.

you should be able to use the aria-label to reference an object in Javascript.
