Hi I'm fairly new to Storyline (2nd creation) but have used captivate in the past. I have a menu slide showing stages that uses a fly in to display my stages (two shapes inside one another one for title and one below for details). there are seven stages and this works great. I then click on a stage to reveal another slide with more detail about that stage. When the prev button is clicked it goes back to the original slide but the larger part of my object is missing!
I have tried different things (show until end, show all time, removing both) and nothing seems to change it.
Can anyone advise what I am missing r doing wrong please?
It could be a couple of things, I'd need to see your setup to be sure. But the first thing to try would be to check your slide settings on your menu slide. Make sure they're set to Resume Saved State when you revisit the slide.
It should look like this:
That should then keep your menu slide the same as you leave it when you navigate away.
Tried that and it didn't change what was happening.
