I have published files using the various options in an attempt to get them to play the volume on an iphone. (I have also double checked that my volume is on!)
The file always starts with volume but as you progress through it the volume disappears on the remaining slides.
Have you tried uploading the file to SCORM cloud or Articulate tempshare- does it happen there? If you have Articulate 360, does the issue happen when viewed in Review? If so, would you be able to share your source file so we could take a look?
