Articulate Developer Wanted

I'm looking for an Articulate course developer who can assist in the completion of our training course.  We're probably about 1/3 of the way, but we've lost steam amid other priorities.  And it is time to admit defeat!  We really need someone to take this project and provide both project management leadership and technical expertise.  Basically, let us focus on the actual content creation and let you focus on making it look good.

The final product will be hosted on Litmos as a paid course for indoor environmental professionals (lead, mold, asbestos, etc).  We developed a similar course 7+ years ago, but it was a printed manual.   

 If you're interested or know someone who might be, please let me know.  We're a small company with limited resources, so this is probably better suited to a freelance developer rather than a consulting firm.
