Bloopers

Feb 26, 2014

Is there anything that you have inadvertently added to a course that has made you laugh.

I found today that I keep Typing "Lick next to continue."

Maybe I was trying to make my courses more immersive, I suppose this would work on a tablet.

I have a tendency for typing "suck" instead of "such." One time I meant to type "such as," and I accidentally typed "suck as." What makes it even worse, is that I've also accidentally added an extra s to "as."

Oh my goodness!  I was eating lunch as I read through these posts, and it was all I could to do avoid choking because I was laughing so hard!!!  Thank you all for adding laughter to my day...  and while I can't remember any significantly funny bloopers, I hope I catch them before my final publish!

Cheers!

I was going to quote this and then suggested this as the answer instead, woops!

Anyways, that's hilarious.

Today one of my SMEs/Partners sent me an email from an e-learning group that was offering her their services that was TERRIBLY written. While not specifically in an e-learning course, she forwarded it to me to say "I wish I had this email as an example for our report writing course!"

They really proved the fallacy of spellcheck in the email... everything was spelled correctly, but the grammar was atrocious.

Seems as though it's a winning answer so I see no problem with it being suggested!
