Briefing SMEs / authors to write for Storyline 2

Hi guys,

Newbie here. I'm commissioning authors to write (branched) scenarios for business students in transferable skills.

1. My authors are subject matter experts in higher education, or employers, not e-learning creators, so I want to ensure I brief them properly. Has anyone come across some good briefs, especially with a list of Storyline 2 interactions that they could choose from?

2. Apart from briefs, I want to create templates for the scenarios. I thought using Power Point would be easiest as you could just upload them to Storyline 2. In which case, would anyone be willing to share any PPT templates for scenario writing?

3. As my content authors will not have Storyline 2 licences, is there a way I could give them access to e.g. characters database available in Storyline 2 so that they could highlight design elements for each slide?
