1. You can use all the apps on a mac, you'll just need a virtual machine for the desktop apps. Here's how that works.
2. I've never done this before so I'll let other community members who have jump in here. :)
3. You don't have to use an LMS to deploy your courses unless if you want to track learner progress. In your case, using an LMS that has an e-commerce option will also probably make your life easier.
