You could possibly do something with QuizMaker for this, but it all depends on what you want to do. Are you trying to capture something that you can report on via the LMS?
Can you better describe what you want for an end result. Paint us a picture .
Hey Cheryl - Articulate Storyline does this and so much more. If you are trying to decide whether to buy Presenter or Captivate I'd really recommend downloading the free trial of Storyline to see what it can do. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
