Thanks Nicole for your reply. If I share details about my unique strategy then I might lose my clients. Please don't get me wrong but that's our core competency when winning business. The only thing I can tell you is that I do storyboarding and concept mapping in my mind for any subject area.
We do something similar and it works like a dream! We've reduced development times and course revisions are nearly eliminated. Glad to see great minds think alike!
