I am attempting to add closed captions to a video with audio that I inserted from a file. The audio is embedded in the video. There is not separate audio line in the timeline. Is there a way to add cc?
Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated!

Hi Becky,
I'm sorry you're having trouble here. Could you tell me which tool you're using? Storyline 360 or Rise 360? Let me know!
Also, just a heads up that this is a public forum, so if you share your email address, anyone can see it. You may want to edit that out of there.
Hello, I also tried this feature out today and the captions are not appearing even when they are turned on. Is there a reason why this isn't working?
Hi Sherri,
Are you trying to add closed captions to your Rise 360 course? Or is this in Storyline 360?
If you're working in Rise 360 you might find this article helpful:

It's in Rise. I've submitted it to Articulate Support.
turns out the timing in the .vtt file was off! Thanks to Articulate support for helping me figure that out. The new feature is great.
Glad support was able to help! :-)
