Combination Submit Key for Text Interaction

May 15, 2015

Hi!

I'm building a project and one of the slides have a Text Entry field.

I just set the acceptable answers for the field but I want to set a combination of submit keys for the slide.

I want to set the trigger for: If the user types the data "13" then, the screen will be jumped for the next slide.

But, in my version of Articulate Storyline, I have just one possible choice to set the submit key.

Can I set a combination of keys to submit the data in Articulate Storyline 1?

How can I do that?

Thank you very much!

Hey Gestão,

I think I understand what you're wanting to do, and if I'm right it is possible.

Just need some clarification. From your explanation, you want a user who enters "13" in the Text Entry field to go to a different slide when clicking the Submit button, correct?

That's the easy part. :) So the combination part is if a user enters a different number, say "17", the user goes to a different slide than before by clicking the same Submit button?

I'm going to stop here. I have a solution but want to make sure I understand clearly.
