Hi Anna,

Something we found works well is to create two levels of goals/competition.

  1. An overall target that is shared by all (eg "We need to hit 90% as an organization")
  2. Small unit/team rankings (eg "First team to goal wins" or "Highest % Team wins")

Prizes of course help, but remember to track and internally market progress along the way. For example the classic giant thermometer to measure overall progress right alongside a leaderboard for team competition. Note: Physical posters/displays seem to work well

The combination of a shared goal and competition inside that goal is super effective. Hope it helps you!
