Contract Opportunity - E-Course for Incoming Freshmen

I am looking to create an E-learning course with Articulate Storyline, that all of our incoming freshmen residents would be required to watch before they arrive on campus. The course would begin with a brief introduction to our college, and then focus on a couple of areas that are of particular concern to college communities. At the end of each section would be a test to ensure the content had been watched and digested.

If I had nothing but time, I would love nothing more than to figure out how to use Storyline and create a presentation on my own, however, given the fact that there’s only a month and half left in the summer, the only way we’d be able to make this happen for the fall would be to hire someone.

To this end, I'm looking for someone in the Greater Toronto Area who is proficient in Storyline and who could help us create this on-line course. Thanks in advance for your interest.
