Contract Opportunity - Seattle. Length: One year

Safeco Insurance is looking for a Training Developer to create Instructor-Led training and Web-based training materials to support their call center new hire curriculum redesign.  The Training Developer will work under the lead of a Safeco Instructional Designer who will have overall design responsibilities, and will work with the Safeco Subject Matter Experts including interaction, interviewing and content gathering. The Training Developer would need to handle SME reviews and provide the ID lead with updates on a regular (daily) basis.

Timeframe: Immediate

Length: One year

Skillsets:

·         Training Development experience- particularly ILT and Web-based

·         Work with SME’s to gain information for materials development and review cycles

·         ILT Development, including Instructor Guide, Presentation, Exercises, and Student guide

·         WBT Development in Articulate Studio and Storyline

·         Excellent production and execution skills
