Copied slides not working

Hello everyone.

I have copied several slides that have dial interactions.  I understand that dial names change when they are copied and this can cause problems.  I have accounted for that and all of my copied slides work, with the exception of 1 and it driving me crazy.  I have the file attached.  Slide 9.3 was the original and it works correctly.  Slide 4.5 is a copied slide.  I have looked at everything I know to look at, but still cannot get it work correctly.  I appreciate any assistance on this.

When previewing the slide, the dial should allow you to scroll between Month, Day, Year, Hour and Minute.  When doing so, that field will highlight (state changes).  Also, layers with another dial should be active along with additional state changes for the reference variables.
