Benjamin Franklin once said, “if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.” In spite of this wisdom, few elearning development projects have a formal test plan in my experience. A test plan is critical to producing quality elearning, so I create one for every project I manage. Have you participated in projects with a test plan? If so, what did the plan include?
