Customer Service Spanish Course

Oct 14, 2011

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the E-Learning community and looking for some help. I have been charged with the task of creating a course to help our customer service representatives with common Spanish speaking terms. I want to make it fun and interactive and I was wondering if someone else has done this. If you are willing to share I would love to see what you have done.

Thanks,
Jessica

Hi Jessica and welcome to Elearning Heroes!

That really sounds like a fun project! One of the first things that comes to mind is creating some audio-based interactions where learners listen and identify the common Spanish terms. You have a lot of multimedia options in Studio!

An SME soundboard might work. You could record a group of voices (gender, age, accents) and allow learners to interact with the various audio clips. Here's another version of an SME soundboard.

For quizzing, you could add video quizzes or audio only quizzes and ask learners to listen and respond to the correct terms or actions.

Engage interactions are also another good idea. You can include audio and video-based interactions. This hygiene example might be a good idea.
