You are free:
to Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work
to Remix — to adapt the work
Under the following conditions:
Share Alike — If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one.
The biggest restriction is you can't resell the assets you download from our site. You can use them in commercial projects but you can't sell the individual assets.
We'll get this updated so you have something more formal.

Sounds like your resources are licensed under creative commons.
I've been trying to find the Downloads terms of use and can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
