Drag and drop feature and tag (key words) function

Dear all,

I wonder if I could pick your brain for one project that I am going to work on?

I am asked by one of the staff to design a eLearning course. The content is quite straight forward and I think I can manage it with Presenter 09. However, one of the key featues I am asked to do is to design a  drag and drop feature with the tag function.

This project is about future career plan for our students. Students will be provided with many different options, for example, lab technician, phd, etc. Eevery option is categoried by a keyword tag. Students can drag and drop the options into a box and a solution will be provided based on the keywords tag.

I understand that I can design the tag function with ColdFusion, but How can I combine this with the drag and drop feature?

I hope I explained the problem clear? Any comments suggestions or ideas are welcome.
