E Learning course completion

Hi, 

I have created an eLearning and set it can be completed by setting track condition for viewing all the slides. While testing the eLearning in my company LMS system, it doesn't complete the course despite full viewing of the contents. 

Could anyone can explain why it happens?

Hi Nicole

have you tried testing it in SCORM cloud (Industry standard LMS) that will help you troubleshoot if it is an LMS issue or SL issue.

Also sometimes its best to set the number of slides viewed to a couple less than the total.

We are having the same problem and have been trouble shooting it for months
now.

 

We are using test scores though.

 

It is intermittent for us - sometimes tracks and sometimes doesn't track.

We have tested it in SCORM Cloud and have had the Articulate team look at it and no resolve. This has been causing us much grief with the users. The courses previously worked properly - then starting giving us problems after an update.
