E-learning developer required

We are a company seeking a freelance Articulate developer that can assist us with the development of a new product aimed at the university sector. The individual we are seeking has a background in instructional design and can work with our line managers to convert our e-learning course into Articulate Studio '13 or Storyline.  

We are based in the UK, London and would prefer working with someone from that area with whom we could meet face to face, but this is not an absolute requirement. The initial projects will be starting within the coming weeks.
