E-learning tool for learning the basics of sign language

hello everyone, i'm thinking about building an e-learning tool for learning the israeli sign language. At the moment i'm trying to get the right content and that's why i don't know how it would look but of course i want to add knowledge-enhancing tasks including multiple-choice quizzes, video presentations and web sessions allowing users to practice what they have learn. But do you have any suggestions of how you it should be presented or examples that can be relevant and can be use as an inspiration for my project?
