As far as your 2nd question, I'm pretty sure you can capture questions and answers manually, yet the "send mail" trigger in SL is inconsistent at best, which may be a dealbreaker here. That being said, I am confident you can call and use a library such as PHPmailer within SL, in order to achieve this reliably (although I haven't yet attempted this).

Thanks for your swift response. Am more concerned about the first one. I have tried some script i got online which i tried to linked to a database created on my local server (mysql) but none worked.
